✅ Your Physical or Electronic Signature
- Typed or handwritten signature of the copyright holder or authorized representative.

3. Counter-Notification (Challenging a DMCA Notice)
If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was taken down by mistake, you may file a Counter-Notice including the following details:

- Your full legal name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your mailing address
✅ Identification of Removed Content
- Provide a URL or description of the content that was removed.
✅ Statement of Good Faith Belief
- Include the following statement under penalty of perjury:
“I have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.”
✅ Statement of Consent to Jurisdiction
- Agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court system if necessary.
“I consent to the jurisdiction of the United States federal courts for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if outside the U.S., I consent to jurisdiction in any district where Downstream Digital Momentum, LLC operates.”
✅ Your Physical or Electronic Signature
- Typed or handwritten signature of the content owner or authorized representative.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
- Take further legal action if necessary.
5. Disclaimer
- Submitting a false claim may result in legal consequences, including damages.
- We are not responsible for content submitted by third parties.
- We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time.
