1. Subscription & Service Fees

  • AlexEdge may have a subscription-based component. You agree to recurring billing at the selected plan rate.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

โœ… If you cancel within the first 3 days of signing up.
โœ… If the service is unavailable for more than 5 consecutive days due to a technical failure on our part.

  • You fail to use the service but do not cancel.
